NIPM NATCON 2017 Conference has a limited Cancellation & Refund policy. This allows for a full refund in view of any technical difficulties, procedural lapses or any other unforeseen event result in a paid subscription not being registered for Convention or other relevant Activity in the Convention. Simply use the Refund Request Form to ask for a refund - all refunds will be completed within 15 working days and will only be refunded back to the Credit Card / Debit Card used to initiate the Registration procedure.

Refunds in the case of procedural lapses would mean

  • Money erroneously paid
  • Eligibility criteria not being met
  • Required documents not submitted

Transmission of Payment Details

All private data including Payment Details and Credit Card information will be transmitted securely using 256 bit SSL technology. This is the same level of security available through your web browser when connecting to your Internet Bank provider.

Successful Registrations Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made on or before 31st March 2018 – 75% of registration fee will be refunded
  • No refund for any cancellations after 31st March 2018.

All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction
